Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully verified. Processing operations are conducted during regular business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders submitted before 2:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) are generally processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will typically be handled on the following business day.

Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you cannot locate the email, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Shipping Limitations

At this time, we are unable to ship orders to the following locations:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Certain international regions outside the continental United States

Order Tracking Information

Customers will receive an order confirmation email immediately after successfully placing an order. Tracking details are typically issued within 1–3 business days after shipment processing.

Please allow several business days for the carrier to scan and update tracking activity in their system. Tracking updates may not appear immediately after label creation.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in shipping delays or delivery failure.
  • Orders returned due to address issues may incur additional re-shipping fees.
  • Packages redirected or modified after leaving our warehouse are outside our responsibility.
  • Undeliverable packages returned by the carrier may be disposed of by third-party logistics facilities.
