Return Eligibility
We accept eligible returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, products must meet the following requirements:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Returned in original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be included
- No visible signs of damage, odors, stains, or misuse
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Items Not Eligible For Return
Certain products are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or clearance restrictions.
- Worn or opened socks and undergarments
- Final sale or clearance products
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized items
Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received and inspected, our team will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund request.
Approved refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
Missing Or Delayed Refunds

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order and submitting the original item for return separately.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your package carefully after delivery.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the item and packaging.
Once verified, Criveros will work to provide a suitable replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking confirmation.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
